Becoming a real estate agent is an exciting career choice. It takes the mastery of a lot of specialized knowledge to become certified in the field. Anyone wishing to get a license must be at least 18 years old and have a Social Security number. The next step is to successfully complete the 40-hour Massachusetts real estate course either in the classroom on online. 

Once your course is complete, you can use your certificate to apply for the real estate license exam and schedule a test date. 

When you pass the exam and pay the $150 fee, you get your license and are fully certified and prepared to become a real estate agent and begin a rewarding career.
